Question

Do I have to be a current member of ANMP to participate in the benefits and group discounted insurance rates?

Answer

Yes, only current ANMP members are eligible to receive all of the ANMP’s benefits, which includes group discounts on insurance benefits that are specifically designed for the network marketing and home-based business professional—including homeowners/renters insurance; car insurance; liability insurance (for large events); life insurance of up to $300,000 with no medical exam; health insurance concierge service and much more. Your ANMP membership makes you eligible for every benefit and discount offered through our Membership Portal which is applicable to you, that you would like to protect yourself and your family. You also receive an online subscription for Networking Times, the premier publication of our profession, a $20+ value, in addition to the other valuable discounts and benefits. For a limited time Basic Membership for the ANMP is just $19.95/year (reg price: $49), and a PRO Member is just $99/year.

Question

How Can I Transfer an Event or Conference Ticket?

Answer

WHAT IS TRANSFER?
A transfer is when you as the original purchaser of the ticket are now giving complete ownership to a different person who will be responsible for it. You are moving the ticket from your "account" to their "account". This is typically done when you are selling your ticket to someone else because you can no longer attend. This is different from Manage Tickets (see next FAQ) which is typically used in pack management.

NOTE: THE PERSON YOU'RE TRANSFERRING A TICKET TO MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON ANMP.COM.  THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO RECEIVE A TICKET TRANSFER, THEY JUST NEED AN ACCOUNT.

1.) Login to your account.
2.) Click on the Green Member Area link in the menu bar at the top of the page.
3.) Click on "My Convention Tickets" which is located lower on the page

4.) Click "Manage Tickets".

5.) Click "Transfer".

6.) Enter the email address associated with the ANMP.com user you would like to transfer the ticket to.

Question

How Do I View/Manage My Event Pack Tickets?

Answer

WHAT IS MANAGE TICKETS?
If you bought a multi-pack and want to identify which members of your team will be attending the event. Follow these instructions. The person does not have to have a Registered Account. Hit Update next to the person you would like to identify as a ticket holder. Make sure to fill out all of the fields including phone number and email. Please note you are responsible for printing out the tickets.

After you have logged in, you can click the "Member Area" button.  There is a link to your tickets there.

You may update each individual users ticket. At a minimum please update name and email. 

Question

I am trying to join on the website and when I click the sign up button, it just brings me back to the same form with a blank password field.

Answer

It’s likely that you have not created a profile yet. There is a two-step process to becoming a Member:

1) Create a membership profile
2) Initiate payment

Please go to this page to start the process of creating a profile:

*Note: Please ensure you choose a password that is at least 6 characters long.

Question

If I purchase tickets for the ANMP Convention and cannot attend, may I get a refund?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are no refunds but tickets are 100% transferable. Simply email us at Support ANMP and let us know your name as the ticketholder, and the information of the person to whom you’d like to transfer your ticket. To complete the transfer, we will need their full name; mailing address; mobile phone; company name; and email address. We will notify both you and the ticketholder once the transfer has been completed, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Question

Is there a way to view online convention videos from previous years' ANMP Conventions? Or has it expired and am I too late?

Answer

Good News! Online video access is now available simply by logging in to the ANMP.com website as a PRO Member. We have created a single sign-on system for you as a Member, whereby the system will recognize you and link video access directly to your membership so you will be able to view all the convention videos in one place, easily. We’re working hard to bring everything together for you – in one easy step!

Question

I was one of the original members of the ANMP (since 2004). After I signed up, because of the new website “system” it says that I’ve only been a “Member Since” January 27, 2016. Can anyone correct this part of my membership status?

Answer

Yes, please send an email to Support ANMP and your “Member Since” date will be corrected and manually updated as requested. Please allow 5-7 business days, as this is a manual process. You will receive confirmation by email from ANMP Support once the update has been completed.

May I purchase ANMP International Convention tickets on the new website?

Answer

Absolutely! From the top menu bar, click International Convention. From this page, please click “Learn More”. This link will bring you to the detailed Convention Information and registration webpage where you can choose your ticket options and book your hotel room.

Question

Sometimes I host business meetings in my home and occasionally larger meetings in a hotel. I noticed on the site that a benefit for Members is opportunity to get Home Owners Insurance with a specific rider for home-based business and liability insurance?

Answer

Yes, first login on ANMP.com (you must first become an ANMP Member to access these benefits), then go to your Member Area section. Click the 5th green button that says ANMP EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS. This will bring you to your own ANMP Benefits Portal which offers insurance that is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the Network Marketing Professional and home-based business owner. If there is a specific type or carrier of insurance that you’re interested in but cannot find it within your portal, please contact Jeff Beane directly (call 603-998-9813 or email Jeff Beane) and identify yourself as an ANMP member.
