Originally from Ireland, Alan graduated with a degree in International Finance from Queen’s University Belfast, only to discover he was psychologically unemployable. He didn’t want to clock in and clock out for the next 40 years building someone else’s dream. Then in 1993, about to start a Masters in Finance, Alan was given a book that introduced him to the business model of Network Marketing. In that moment he realized his college education was teaching him how to look after other people’s wealth, whereas Network Marketing could be a vehicle to create his own wealth.

Going from a shy introvert, to one of the most sought-after speakers and trainers in his company, Alan is absolute proof that Network Marketing truly can be a journey of personal development, cleverly disguised as a business. Alan now lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and 2 daughters.
